Hello I'm Sinead.

A true countryside lover you'll mostly find me out in nature with my son or with our hoard of ever growing animals, with the odd chicken sneaking into the house. I have gone between 2 job sectors my working life. The horse industry which I loved but didn't pay well and the health care sector specifically dementia and end of life care this pays better but comes with unsociable hours, stressful situations and it's still in a system where I am trading my time for an hourly wage, haggling for annual leave and have fixed hours.

I reached a stage where I thought to myself 'surely there must be more then this' the never ending rat race and chasing your tail isn't something I wanted until retirement. A system where burnout, anxiety and squeezing our lives into our days of is just classed as normal. It's not that I wasn't hardworking I just wanted to create a fulfilling life for me and my family. More slow mornings, intentional living, prioritising well being and our love of the countryside life.


I came across this business model after searching for around 8 months. As a health conscious individual who you may say is a bit 'woo woo' it aligned with me from the get go. With a long standing company, proven business model with real potential plus it would be able to fit in around my already busy life.
